In a Nutshell
WE'VE BEEN AROUND since 1997, so we're legally allowed to vote, drink, gamble, visit brothels, and shoot people. Not saying we do all those things. Not saying we don't.
Bit of history: There’s a neighbourhood in Derry, Northern Ireland, named the Bogside, where a huge violent riot took place in the summer of 1969, otherwise known round the world as the Summer of the Moon Landing and That Song by the Canadian bloke that just won't die.
Our motto, in elegant German, is: erlaubt ist, was gefällt (Anything Goes), so don't be surprised if, in addition to the traditional pub stuff, you find a bunch of modern cocktail classics or Tex Mex desserts. All of it underscored by anything from Elvis to Dua Lipa, or, indeed, Cole Porter*. It's who we are.
